Sales and Marketing Council

The Sales & Marketing Council strives to serve as an effective forum for the exchange of ideas with experts in the sales and marketing of new homes, as well as a means of continued professional education.

Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Council include coordinating activities, community involvement and special projects in order to recruit, retain and reward members in all areas of the industry, including PRISM Awards, Panel Discussions, Continuing Education opportunities and New Home Bus Tours.  The CHBA offers a New Home Sales Prep Course twice a year!

Membership is available to any professional who sells or markets new residential property, and their employee is a member in good standing with the CHBA.
