The Charleston Home Builders Association (CHBA) provides members with access to educational opportunities on a local, state and national level, with a wide range of subjects that include topics such as sales and marketing, green building and business management.
The CHBA offers the opportunity to join “The Charleston Guild,” a prestigious group that works to promote builders and remodelers who perform at a higher standard. While state law does not require continuing education for licensed builders, the Charleston Guild does, ensuring that members are top industry experts and provide consumers with the best quality work and building techniques available.
